When you receive the goods, please carefully check them out. You must inform us (through email) of any damages, shortages or wrong products within 24 hours of receiving the goods with complete specifications on how your problem occurred.

Freezhia Beauty will provide detailed instructions on returning, refunding, replacing, or swapping an item when required during the email communication.

During this process, you may be required to complete a Non Receipt of Goods Declaration Form.

After the specified time of 24 hours, Freezhia Beauty will not be responsible for any damages, shortages or wrong products that are reported.

ERRONEOUS ITEMS

If you think an item received has a defect, contact (by email) immediately to report the issue in writing and provide the details.

In an email conversation, Freezhia Beauty will include complete directions for returning, refunding, replacing, or exchanging the item if a defect requires one.

RESPONSES TO THE PRODUCTS

It should be noted that the customer’s responsibility is to patch-test any product before using it. Ensure that the items you buy are compatible with the other information related to things that can affect the results documented.

If you are following the procedures mentioned above and believe that you have reacted to a product, please notify us (by email) in writing and with pictures as soon as possible.

If the reaction requires a return, refund, replacement or exchange, Freezhia Beauty will provide detailed instructions via email.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

The consumer will be charged XX for the re-delivery fee if the package is returned to Freezhia Beauty due to them failing to collect it from their postal office or depot or providing the wrong address. If the customer cancels the order and does not repost it, Freezhia Beauty will not refund the initial postage and packaging costs.
